Customer Service Advisor - Asda Travel Money, Coventry - Part Time
Job Type: Permanent, Part Time
Salary: £12.50 hour + On Target Earnings up to 7.5% of base salary
Working Patterns: This job is perfect for those who are flexible and able to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday. Depending on your team, you will receive a monthly or weekly Rota.

About the Role:
As an integral part of the ASDA Travel Money Team, you’ll be supporting customers with all their Travel Money needs, from Travel Money to products, and offering great rates. Whether you are heading to Europe or the USA, we are here to take the stress out of Travel, giving customers a great omnichannel experience.
What will you be doing?
1. Nurturing and forming relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements.
2. Establishing yourself as a travel money ambassador and their trusted advisor.
3. Engaging with customers to process all foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
4. Delivering on key performance goals both procedural, operational and customer focused.
5. Utilising your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
6. Implementing best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhering to Travelex compliance procedures.
What do I need to have?
1. Numerically proficient - You’ll need to have a firm grasp of numbers as you’ll be handling large amounts of cash and converting vast amounts of currency regularly.
2. Great communicator – You’ll find talking with people and building relationships comes naturally to you.
3. Desire to succeed – You’ll have the drive and vision to want to make a difference.
What does the interview process look like?
1. Step 1 – Our team will review your application and get in touch with you if they think your experience fits the brief.
2. Step 2 – You’ll be invited to an online interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners.
3. Step 3 – If successful, you will then be invited to visit the bureau where you will meet with the Bureau Manager face-to-face.
4. Step 4 – If the bureau visit goes well, we’ll reach out and offer the opportunity to join Travelex.
