As part of a dynamic clinical team, you will work alongside the Ward/Department Manager, Deputy Sister/Charge Nurse, Matrons, the Practice Development Team (PDT), and the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) to provide exceptional care for patients throughout their care pathway. Your role will include:
• Delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to bothtrauma and elective patients, including children and adults.
• Supporting the smooth running of trauma and elective clinics, as well as the plaster room.
• Acting as a mentor to students and junior team members, serving as a role model and upholding Trust policies and procedures.
• Engaging in professional development to achieve competencies outlined in the ‘Senior Band 5’ competency pack, working towards becoming a Senior Registered Nurse.
