Take the leap, join our team, and together, let's shape the future of patient administration Main duties of the job The main duties of the job are to support the Medical Records Manager: Day to day supervision of staff and to ensure that all teams are supported to locating, preparing and providing case notes for Outpatients clinics. Recruitment and selection of new staff Ensure induction and training of staff in liaison with departmental leadership team Reporting of sickness absence and completion of back to work interviews Prepare and adapt staff rotas About us Thank you for your interest in this role.
