Office Manager / Executive Assistant Leatherhead Full-time, 37.5 hours per week An exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clients Leatherhead office, supporting the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. Key Responsibilities: Manage office operations and ensure health and safety. Provide receptionist duties and administrative support. Organize meetings and manage diaries for the CEO and SLT. Support Board and sub-committee meetings. Handle CEO communications and internal communications. Organize office events and provide ad hoc support. Person Specification: Office management and reception experience. 5 years in an administrative or executive assistant role. Experience with executive teams and Board meetings. Proactive, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Flexible and adaptable.
