Pertemps have partnered with a local client who are seeking an additional Parts Advisor on a full time permanent basis
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for parts inquiries via email and phone.
Manage customer expectations and promote the company.
Process and track spare parts sales and orders.
Use electronic parts manuals and handle warranty orders.
Address complaints and check customer accounts.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Assist with parts returns and order processing.
Manage returns to vendors and arrange daily shipments.
Prepare customs documentation and communicate with couriers.
Experience required:
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
3+ years of specialized vocational education.
Knowledge of import/export procedures and aftermarket distribution.
Willingness to learn and work in a diverse environment.
Proficient in SAP, CRM, and Office applications.
