Day-to-day of the role: Assist with complex financial remedy cases, preparing court submissions, correspondence, and case files. Liaise with London-based counsel, clients, and international legal teams. Handle confidential financial and corporate documentation related to international assets. Track court deadlines, ensuring efficient case management and coordination. Manage client onboarding, handling high-profile individuals with discretion. Guide clients through the structured operational funnel, ensuring they complete financial disclosure accurately. Manage the briefing process for judges, ensuring they have the necessary information to deliver an opinion. Prepare the final report summarising judicial opinions to divorcing couples in a clear, customer-friendly manner. Handle case volume efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow within the 12-week process. Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to client queries with professionalism and empathy. Required Skills & Qualifications: A keen interest in family law; legal training is not essential but beneficial. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, capable of managing both high-net-worth litigation and structured, high-volume casework. Strong communication skills, able to liaise effectively with judges, barristers, and clients from diverse backgrounds. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative legal environment.
