We are seeking an Events Coordinator who will be responsible for administrative aspects of event planning and management at Maslow’s, including internal partnership events, and external private events. You will actively pursue existing leads as well as proactively attract new clients, with the goal to create repeat business, whilst remaining an Ambassador for the House and build long lasting relationships with our members and partners.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactively sell our events’ space to both internal and external clients.
* Respond to all private hire and private dining enquiries in a professional, timely and business focused manner.
* Issue invoices and collect payments in a timely manner.
* Create Function Sheets that provide suitable detail for Operations team to run events.
* Creating sales opportunities for future events during client liaisons and during events, including possessing a strong working knowledge of the company to further these sales opportunities.
* Conduct site visits/tours for potential clients.
Individual Responsibilities
* Proactively respond to events enquiries to ensure that Meeting Rooms are hitting budget for Room Hire, Food and Beverage.
* Act as the lead booker for rooftop events including developing future opportunities.
* Proactively contacting previous meeting room bookers to develop a relationship and encourage future bookings.
* Ensure that turnaround of enquiries is completed within 12 hours during the working week and 48 hours for weekend enquiries.
* Create quarterly summaries of events within the meeting spaces, identifying opportunities to develop offer.
* Managing issues or complaints onsite to troubleshoot issues and provide guests with positive experience.
