About The Role We want our customers to make the most treasured travel memories; having trust in our brand and the exceptional experiences we aim to deliver to them every time. Building an awareness in what we can offer is so important. Joining our small, friendly and incredibly supportive PR team, you will be our subject matter expert on delivering successful organic influencer campaigns. We know our customers’ content consumption habits are evolving and we are looking to develop our reach and brand awareness across these platforms. This role is a fantastic opportunity to drive and own our development in the influencer and talent space. We’re looking some someone experienced at connecting brands with the right influencers, those who align with our overall brand, to position British Airways Holidays as a trusted and aspirational tour operator to our core customers. Bringing your experience at identifying, developing, managing, and executing organic influencer content to amplify brand messages you can really get your arms round the approach and direction we take. Leading overseas press and influencer trips, working on a variety of campaigns and enjoying the chance to get stuck in and develop an emerging area for a brilliant brand. What You Will Be Doing Set up and co-ordinate the conception, delivery and implementation of creative influencer campaigns which deliver positive content and social media engagement Source & vet talent for organic influencer campaigns, ensuring performance, demographics & personality align with overarching brand strategy & objectives. Sell in creator selections internally with thoughtful reasoning Create, build and manage relationships with influencers, talent, content creators and talent agencies in the UK to drive consumer engagement with our brand Manage communication with influencers & talent agencies from the start of a partnership through to the end, providing them with key information, ensuring deadlines are met and building the ongoing relationships. Lead on the evaluation, performance measuring and reporting of all influencer campaigns, showcasing return on investment Managing analytics from each creator and ensuring data trackers are up to date. Leading on providing learnings & insights. Co-ordinate influencer rate negotiation and support on contract management Lead on keeping abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the influencer marketing space What You Will Bring Strong understanding of influencer marketing principles and best practices. Proven experience in an in house department or PR agency with specific influencer experience Proven ability to contribute, implement and manage influencer programmes and activity Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A creative mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends. Proven ability to multitask a large workload in a fast moving and changing environment and remain calm throughout Desirably public relations experience including drafting and distributing written communications, working on the delivery of creative PR campaigns, reporting, experience of working with traditional and digital UK media You will need to be able to get to the BA head office at Heathrow once a month. Plus lead occasional overseas press and influencer trips throughout the year, and flexibility to attend evening and weekend (e.g. networking) events What We Can Offer You £31,000 to £35,000 per annum salary (this may vary depending on your relevant skills and experience) Our offices are based in central Crawley and we offer hybrid working (within the UK only). Generally, this role works from our offices twice a week, with additional days as needed depending on meetings etc. Office days are co-ordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person. We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the first few weeks.
