The Opportunity:
We are seeking Contract Administrators to support upcoming project opportunities in Melbourne.
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting the Senior Contracts Administrator for contract and procurement activities.
* Preparing, evaluating and reviewing contracts on behalf of our clients.
* Advising on the tools, processes and systems required for effective management of contracts.
* Providing contract-related issue resolution.
* Engagement within tendering processes and development of procurement and contract documentation.
Skills and Experience:
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
* Strong contract and procurement administration experience, using standard form or bespoke contracts.
* Proven people skills, with the initiative and eagerness to develop strategies to overcome challenges.
* Strong communication skills, with an ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* A proven ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels in complex, dynamic environments.
* Ability to prioritise and manage own time in an environment with several competing requirements.
