What we look for
We are looking for a Product Management Lead - End User Services who will be responsible for defining, developing, and managing the hardware solutions that empower our employees to work efficiently and effectively. If you are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of end-user needs, a knack for technology, and the ability to deliver superior user experiences, we would like to hear from you!
This is a hybrid role with two working days in our London office.
What you will do
1. Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for end user services, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business goals and user needs.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate their feedback into product planning and execution.
3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform product development and ensure our services remain competitive and innovative.
4. Champion the end user experience, ensuring that all hardware is user-friendly, accessible, and provides a seamless experience.
5. Provide direct input to projects - including equipment selection and guidance on installation and configuration.
6. Manage a team responsible for ensuring equipment - laptops, PCs, tablets, mobile phones, and peripherals - are delivered to colleagues in a timely fashion.
7. Ensure data is gathered to understand successes and failures - acting as required to protect service.
8. Work with suppliers and the SACM team to ensure our end user hardware inventory is accurate and carefully maintained.
9. Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, as required, to ensure they meet our quality and performance standards.
10. Oversee the creation of product documentation, user guides, and training materials to support end users and ensure they can maximize the value of the services provided.
What you need
1. Extensive product management experience in an End User Services environment. Product knowledge including Microsoft, Apple, Lenovo, and HP.
2. Strong technical background with a good understanding of end-user technologies.
3. Strong familiarity with AV technology manufacturers like Poly.
4. Proven experience supporting complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
5. Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Born leader with a drive to grow and develop a team.
8. A strong customer focus and a passion for enhancing the end-user experience.
