As a Learning Support Assistant within our school setting at our St. Piers, you will work as part of a transdisciplinary team of Therapists, Nurses and Support Workers who are passionate about working together to provide the best possible outcomes for our students.
Day-to-day, your role will include…
+ Putting our students at the heart of everything we do.
+ Helping to create a safe learning environment where all students are encouraged, and enabled, to achieve their full potential.
+ Enabling students to access learning, using needs-specific, personalised approaches, both with 1:1 and group learning activities.
+ Assisting Tutors in the delivery of their lessons.
+ Contributing to tracking students' achievements against their learning objectives.
+ Planning and coordinating outings and day trips for our students.
+ Completing administration work that will support the smooth running of the school

+ Ideally have knowledge of specialist areas such Autism, Epilepsy and PMLD.
