A major success story of the last 5 or 6 years, our client has grown steadily built some great retail relationships and gained brand leadership status in the good for you, clean energy drinks category.
They have a super inclusive and warm culture, built on team work and collective goals. Your line manager is a genuine good guy, I have known him a long time and will vouch for his enthusiasm, capability and commitment to developing his team. He genuinely cares about the people he works with.
In this role you will take convenience and high street channel to new hights. They have distribution, but so many opportunities to grow that. There are lots of new customers out there to onboard as well so plenty of growth potnetial for you to get stuck in to. This role isn't a baby sitting role, picking up where the last person left off and ticking things over. There is plan place to deliver huge distribution and revenue growth over the next 4-5 years.
We are ideally looking for NAM with channel experience from a branded background. If you sold snacking, confec, or any other high velocity food/drink products you'll be in a good position to deliver on this one.
