Our rapidly expanding vans operation are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our team at our Ipswich site.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service Excellence: Focus on providing high-quality customer service, ensuring all customer interactions are handled with care and professionalism.
* First Point of Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, managing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
* Communication Management: Draft and send communications via postal mail and emails. Coordinate the repair and servicing of our fleet.
* General Administration: Perform other administrative tasks as required, contributing to the smooth operation of our business.
Requirements
* Communication Skills: Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
* Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
* PC Literacy: Proficient in using a PC and adaptable to various tasks.
* Empathy and Understanding: Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs, especially in challenging situations.
* Pressure Handling: Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
