Account Executive - DACH

Our client, recognised as one of the world’s best companies to work for, offers a leading CRM platform used in over 120 countries. Their innovative platform supports sales, marketing, and customer service, and is highly regarded for its scalability and versatility. To strengthen their top-performing DACH team, they are seeking a fluent German and English-speaking Account Executive to join their ranks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth within the territory.
2. Identify and nurture new business opportunities through both inbound and self-sourced leads.
3. Conduct qualification meetings with C-level executives to understand client needs.
4. Close deals and deliver revenue within either the SMB or Mid-Market sectors.
5. Engage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process.
6. Partner with marketing and technology teams to refine and optimise sales strategies.
7. Lead online product demonstrations and occasional in-person presentations.
8. Leverage support from marketing and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Required Skills & Experience:
1. 2-5 years in a quota-carrying sales role, with proven success.
2. Fluency in German and English.
3. Experience in managing complex sales cycles and engaging C-level stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting.
5. A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding targets.
6. Familiarity with standardised sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, Spin).
7. Technically savvy, adaptable, and eager to grow.
8. Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
