About the role of Education Service Manager We have a fantastic opportunity for an education professional with experience of leadership or school improvement to come and join an industry leading team to oversee a cluster of established and new schools across the country. The current Education Management Team comprises of a Head and Deputy Head of Education, in addition to 2 Education Service Managers and an Education Business Manager. This vacancy is to replace one of our highly valued Education Service Managers who has chosen to take early retirement at the end of this academic year. We are looking for a driven, hardworking, and approachable Education Service Manager who understands the challenges that this role brings but also understands the rewards that are on offer. You will be a commercial and compassionate leader who can demonstrate best practice to your Headteachers and teachers. You will provide the support they need to maintain excellent results and continually develop their schools, maintaining the highest quality of education and outcomes for our young people. The largest of our schools is 36 places but most schools are for up to 6 pupils, and are all supported by minimum of a Headteacher, teacher and 2x support staff. In this role you will be required to travel between schools, supporting the Headteachers and staff to allow for an effective and suitable curriculum delivery. You will be immersed in referrals to schools and have management oversight of the operational running of the school, working closely with varying head office departments to ensure smooth operational practice.
