Your new role
This role is aimed at a person who is looking to kick-start their career within Change and ultimately wants to progress through to Senior Business Change Manager and beyond. The position is designed to assist in the execution of our clients' portfolio of change initiatives. It focusses on fostering sustainable behavioural transformation and enhancing the organisation’s proficiency in change management and process optimisation techniques. You will collaborate with the Change & Improvement team to formulate and implement strategies and actions that ensure widespread acceptance and support, prepare the business, engage employees, and reduce opposition to change amongst our widely distributed staff. Additionally, this role presents a thrilling chance to acquire the necessary skills and experience to advance into more senior change manager positions eventually.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Possess a solid grasp of change management theories and practices, and contribute to devising strategies that simplify intricate changes for all involved parties, ensuring they remain well-informed.
2. Aid the Change & Improvement team by participating in the execution of change, which may include tasks related to business analysis,munication, engagement, training, and preparation for business transitions.
3. Assist in producing, distributing, and managingmunication tools for change initiatives, including overseeing Gangway sites related to projects.
4. Collaborate in developing training content for change initiatives, in close partnership with the Learning & Development team and subject-matter experts.
5. Help with the design or revision of procedural diagrams.
6. Organise and facilitate change and improvement events, such as webinars, workshops, or training sessions.
7. Monitor all change-related activities, measure their impact, and keep a record of the oues.
8. Engage in retrospective analyses to gauge the success of change strategies, pinpointing areas for enhancement and celebrating achievements.
9. Contribute to the continuous refinement and assessment of tools and methods used for change and improvement.
10. Oversee the content management for the Change & Improvement team on platforms like Gangway, SharePoint, and CMS.
11. Support the creation of a digital repository of resources for change and improvement to bolster workforce skills.
12. Continuously evaluate and enhance the tools and methodologies used for facilitating change and improvement.
