Salary: From £40,748 depending on skills and experience What you'll be doing: Developing & mitigating Risks under the leadership of the Project Lead Attending risk reviews relevant to Trident alongside or deputising for the Project Lead Supporting Dreadnought by facilitating readiness sessions, LfE (Learning from Experience) meetings and problem solving working groups. Working with stakeholders to update the risk reporting tools. Including the Risk database and RION (Risk Opportunity Network) Developing relationships and consulting with key stakeholders e.g. BAE Risk team and CAMs (Control Account Manager), DN Alliance and support team Monitoring and reporting on Risk health, engaging with SQEP stakeholders to develop Risk mitigation strategies and support the closure of outstanding risks where appropriate Collaborating with SQEP stakeholders to identify and mature opportunities to protect the Level 3 schedule baseline Understanding and supporting the CAM/ PMBCR (Project Management Baseline Change Request) process to acquire funding where a Risk mitigation/ opportunity is identified Your skills and experiences: Essential: Previous experience using ARM (Active Risk Manager) toolset Ability to analyse and interpret data within ARM Ability to report and present data to wider stakeholders Demonstrable experience working on a complex project or programme within a project environment Desirable: Recognised Project Management qualification such as APM or Prince2 Benefits: You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
