Senior Events Executive
Salary: £41,000 - £43,000 (Pro Rata) + up to 6% bonus
Employment Type: Part Time, 4 days per week, 12 months - Maternity Cover

What you’ll be doing:
* Lead Exciting Events: Working with the Event Manager to take charge of planning and managing a variety of internal, external & digital events, ensuring they are delivered within budget and exceed expectations.
* Innovate: Interpret briefs from senior internal clients to develop, propose, and create innovative ideas to deliver solutions to meet these briefs.
* Collaborate: Coordinate, engage and work with multiple internal stakeholders, suppliers and venues to ensure the full lifecycle of the event is a success.
* Be the Go to Person: Provide high-level support across all event disciplines and step in for the Event Manager when needed.
* Inspire: Mentor the Events Executive, providing advice and guidance on event management.
* Drive Success: Monitor budgets, evaluate KPIs, and create reports to drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in event management
* Proven experience in managing and controlling event budgets
* Confidence in communicating with board-level executives
* Excellent attention to detail, writing, and proofreading skills
* Ability to prioritize, manage time and workloads while working to tight deadlines
* A flexible approach to working unsociable hours
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly organized
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
* Experience with CRM systems, Event Management Systems, and virtual event platforms
