HUMAN RESOURCE AND SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resource and Social Media Specialist, in a non-unionized manufacturing setting, in Windsor/Essex.

Employment Requirements:
1. 3 years experience working in Human Resources required
2. HR duties including recruiting employees, WSIB, RTW and benefits administration
3. Experience with updating policies and procedures, and answering employee related questions efficiently
4. Extensive experience using websites and social media, to post and advertise jobs, company updates and upcoming events and releases
5. Event co-ordinator experience a definite asset
6. MUST be proficient working with Microsoft Office including an HRIS system
7. Excellent time management, multi-tasking, leadership and interpersonal skills
8. MUST have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation
9. Other HR duties as required
Education Requirements:
Human resources diploma or degree required
