Experience in a franchised dealership environment is preferred
Our client, a highly successful Family owned franchised Main Dealer Group, is looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their team in Warwickshire.
You must be a well-presented and professional sales person with a clear understanding of the sales process in order to be considered for this position and have a demonstrable record of success in the Automotive industry or Retail business.
The main duties include:
1. Assisting customers with the purchase of New and Used vehicles following a structured (but not rigid) sales process.
2. Meeting and greeting customers.
3. Qualifying customer needs.
4. Carrying out test drives.
5. Part exchange appraisal.
6. Presenting proposals.
7. Closing deals.
8. Carrying out a quality delivery at all times.
You will ideally be currently working as a Car Sales Executive or in Retail, but looking to join a professionally managed dealership where results performance is highly rewarded and you will be recognised as an individual that contributes to the success of the business.
