Your experience Customer Facing - Experience of being a single point of contact for the Authorities commercial function to deal with questions/ queries - Engage on a regular basis with the Authority commercial team, as and when the need arises in relation to questions and queries for matters that you are directly dealing with as the primary Fujitsu interface on contractual/commercial matters. This might include: - Engaging on Delay Letters issued by you on behalf of the Delivery Executive - Engaging in the review of feedback to Change Notes by the Authority - Engaging in the requirement for Letters of Authority (LOA's) in advance of an authorised Change - Engaging in the requirement for issue of Obsolescence Notices - Engaging in ad hoc questions or queries that may arise from time to time - Engage on a regular basis with the Customer, at attendance at Customer Site once per month as a 'Full Commercial Team' to discuss and identify improvement to current working practices that will support improvements to the Commercial Function for both parties. - Support and on occasion take the lead where experience and skills allow on all commercial matters relating to specified contracts including: - Contract Change Board - Monthly - Indexation - Annually - Contract Conformance - weekly call - 6 monthly conformance - Disputes and potential disputes with Guidance from Senior Contracts Manager As part of the Fujitsu Team - Work as part of the broader Fujitsu team to develop and review quality offers to the Authority in respect of Contract Change which would involve - Attendance and contribution to Governance Forums such as DRW and CAB - Engagement with Change Team to coach on commercial offering of the opportunity including Commercial Triage prior to the offer being developed - Participation in Change Tracking to support in the priorities of the Change team - Review for quality purposes and compliance with contract terms each offer that is to be submitted to the Authority - Work as part of the broader Fujitsu team in supporting the delivery of change projects by attending monthly and or ad hoc project reviews providing commercial/contract guidance in respect of issues encountered within projects which might include the support of writing of notices or requests for amendments. - Work as part of the broader Fujitsu team to contract processes to address specific contractual pressures across the broad aspects of the contract including service, change impacting, change delivery and general contract compliance such. - Act as a point of contact for procurement when guidance s required in respect of flow up and flow downs. - Support in contractual reporting obligations such as: - Social Values - Foreign Exchange - Audit - Obsolescence - Provide contract guidance to all members of the programme, finance, delivery and service teams with respect to specified elements of the contract.
