About the Role: As a Senior Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations within a busy and dynamic office environment. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing administrative operations to ensure all processes and tasks are completed efficiently. Providing exceptional support to learners, acting as a trusted point of contact for their needs. Managing and maintaining accurate records, including both paper and digital files. Conducting regular quality checks to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards. Liaising with a range of stakeholders, including learners, parents/guardians, employers, and external partners. Carrying out general administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, filing, scanning, and answering telephones. Coordinating schedules, updating systems, and ensuring all deadlines are met. Supporting colleagues and the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintaining confidentiality and GDPR compliance in all tasks. Requirements: To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria: 4 years of prior experience in an administrative or office management role. A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C), including Maths and English, or equivalent qualifications. Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders. A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to prioritise tasks, work to deadlines, and remain calm under pressure. A compassionate and understanding approach to working with learners and colleagues. The Package: Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience. Permanent, full-time position (35.25 hours per week). Monday to Thursday: 8:45 am - 5:00 pm, Friday: 8:45 am - 4:00 pm.
