Marketing Manager - Specialist Location: Hybrid (3 days in phs Caerphilly office) Reports To: Head of Marketing and Digital Role Overview: The Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple specialist divisions, managing multi-channel campaigns, overseeing performance analysis, and driving customer engagement. This hands-on role involves collaborating with digital marketing, IT, and sales teams while leading a Marketing Executive to optimise marketing performance. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance. Content & Communications: Oversee PR, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and impactful messaging. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with IT and sales teams to enhance Salesforce usage, lead management, and CRM integration. Budget & Performance Management: Manage budgets effectively, track ROI, and provide performance reports to senior stakeholders. Leadership: Lead and mentor a Marketing Executive, driving team development and marketing effectiveness. Success Metrics: Increased lead generation and conversion rates. Improved campaign ROI and cost efficiency. Higher customer retention and brand visibility. Stronger alignment between marketing and sales teams. Positive stakeholder feedback on marketing initiatives. Skills & Experience: Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in specialist industries. Strong project management, analytical, and budget management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot (desirable). Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 5 years' experience (2 in a managerial role).
