Drive member growth and meet retention targets. Ensure the accurate processing and management applications, registration, cessations and readmissions for members. Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a seamless process for users across all channels. Ensure individuals meet eligibility and regulatory requirements. Ensure that users’ contact information is up to date. Create, support and maintain information for non-regulated firms. Manage and resolve escalated complaints. Have a leading role in the selection and development of a multi-disciplinary team Motivate and lead team to achieve targets and goals, and encourage a strong 'one-team’ atmosphere. Support self-serve solutions and 'right first time’ response within the team through internal knowledge bank and web resources. Plan and organise workload and resource to deliver excellent service across all channels Key skills for an Applications Supervisor Exceptional customer service skills and proven experience in resolving complaints Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, CRM and databases Demonstrated ability to lead a team to deliver to challenging targets Ability to use and interpret operational data to deliver insight Proven resource planning in a target driven environment Reporting and measuring performance against key targets.
