Bryson Pathways requires: Healthy Futures Programme Provider (E/HFPP/V/24) Fixed term until March 2025 (with possibility of extension) 30 hours per week £20,373.60 per annum (13.06 per hour) Job Purpose: Bryson Pathways Healthy Futures Home and Community Based Service aims to increase the skills of parents/caregivers and individuals to enable healthier lifestyles. The main aim is to support and enable mentoring of new skills for up to 4 weeks, to enhance a healthier future. Our focus is to work with individuals to deliver healthy eating short courses using air fryers and slow cookers.
