Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
* Act as the first point of contact for our B2B customers with any operational queries or problems and ensure that customers receive quality pre and post-sales service. Ensure sales managers and customers are kept abreast of all issues.
* Process multiple orders with a keen eye for detail using the EDI ordering system.
* Ensure orders, shipments, and deliveries are executed based on delivery expectations, following the company guidelines and meeting customer requirements.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM database.
* Provide weekly reports to management and the sales team.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all departments.
* Possess customer-centric skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
* Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair’s core values.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Must be enthusiastic and dependable.
* 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Support, or Post Account Management.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong knowledge of Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, vlookup, formulas) is a positive.
* Well organized with the ability to multitask and close inquiries quickly and efficiently across multiple accounts.
* Project Management skills.
* Data Management skills.
* Be proactive in looking at improvement processes.
* Ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail and accurate order processing.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
