Salary: £29,777 - £33,945 Per annum | Type: Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week | Location: Lancaster & Morecambe Domiciliary Service

Position: Team Manager - Lancaster & Morecambe Domiciliary Service
Management Opportunity Grade: 7
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays as required.
This is a permanent management opportunity to cover a vacancy within the service. The role will involve managing staff teams who support adults with learning disabilities. You will work directly alongside the staff teams to ensure effective support to the people who use the service, including evening and weekend working, as well as some on-call duties and sleep-in duties.
The successful applicant will possess strong positive values and principles in their approach to working with people with a learning disability and will have a passion and enthusiasm for making a difference.
