Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Engineer to join their team at their facility in Trentham. As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out high quality servicing and maintenance of various machines within the facility.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have the following qualifications:
1. GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science.
2. Apprentice trained (preferred but not essential).
3. Engineering qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
4. 18th Edition.
The ideal candidate should have experience within a manufacturing company and possess the following skills and attributes:
1. Good verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other stakeholders.
2. Proactive problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
3. Strong team working skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
4. Deep understanding of electrical circuits on various machines.
5. Deep understanding of mechanical properties and their failure points.
6. Knowledge of welding processes.
7. Proficiency in computer literacy, including the use of software such as Excel and Word.
8. Excellent written and numerical skills.
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular servicing, maintenance, and repairs on machines, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
