Employment Law Solicitor
Our client, one of the biggest names in the regional Midlands area, is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their highly successful team.
This is a great opportunity to work with a highly experienced and leading partner on a range of claimant and respondent matters.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist business clients on a range of HR matters including grievances and employer disputes.
2. Handle initial consultations with clients on their subscription based service.
3. Deal with a range of contentious and non-contentious matters including Settlement agreements, Business reorganisations, Redundancy situations, Family friendly rights & TUPE.
Requirements:
1. Must be a qualified Employment Lawyer with 1-5 PQE.
2. Team member able to liaise across different departments.
3. Experience with both respondent and claimant work is ideal.
