Responsibilities:
* Clerical duties such as answering phones, taking messages, directing phone calls
* Generating invoices and sending the invoices
* Speaking with customers regarding their account
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns
* Ordering office supplies as needed
* Ensuring office equipment is running smoothly
* Creating purchase orders and other reports as needed
* Maintaining records in the ERP systems including job orders and shipping orders
* Data entry, inputting into ERP systems and Excel
Qualifications:
* Previous administrative experience
Hours:
Monday through Friday – 4 days a week – 9am to 5pm – possibility of increasing to 5 days a week
Pay: Up to $22.50
