THE ROLE
At Southern Fried Chicken Southampton, U.K, we strive to provide an excellent dining experience. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who can oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high food standards. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and ensure smooth restaurant operations.
2. Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation.
3. Oversee stock levels and ordering supplies.
4. Make improvements to the running of the business and develop the restaurant.
5. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
6. Supervise shifts and ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
7. Maximize customer satisfaction and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Control operational costs and find ways to reduce waste and increase profitability.
RIGHT TO WORK

Salary: £29,000 gross per year
Working hours: 44 hours per week
