Taylor and Clay are now seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team at Bullitt Hotel.
At Bullitt Hotel we shoot from the hip. Our no-nonsense philosophy means we’ve ditched the over-the-top extras so that we can deliver a quality service without the fuss.
Our award-winning restaurant, Taylor & Clay, boasts an open kitchen built around our incredible Asador wood-fired grill – while our rooftop restaurant, Tetto, sports a bespoke robata grill. Either way you’ll be cooking the best local meat, seafood, and vegetables to deliver some of the finest food in the city.
Rate of pay: from £28,000 dependent upon experience
Essential Criteria
1. Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a busy, modern kitchen
2. Good knowledge of HACCP, food safety practices and regulations
