What our Client is looking for: A recognised childcare qualification (Level 3 or above in Early Childhood Education) or equivalent experience. Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding procedures and statutory requirements in early years settings. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships with staff, parents, and children. A deep understanding of child development theories and the ability to apply them in practice. A collaborative team player who leads by example and fosters a supportive environment. A commitment to your professional development and staying informed on the latest best practices in early years education.
