Job Description:
Enfield Centre of Excellence is seeking to recruit a learning and development training coordinator to be part of a diverse and vibrant team focused on supporting the development of the children and family's service workforce. The purpose of the role is to support and coordinate the children and family's workforce training activity under the direction of the Learning and Development Manager.
Enfield is situated in North London and is a culturally diverse borough. The area includes both affluent and deprived zones, with a mix of industrial, residential, and countryside settings.
You will be based in Enfield Town in a modern client-facing service hub, which supports our smart working policy, surrounded by businesses, bars, restaurants, and good transport links into Central London.
About you
You will need to be organized, possess good communication and IT skills, and be a key point of contact for training inquiries. An interest in workforce development is desirable.
You will receive regular reflective supervision in this role.
