We love what we do here and are looking to recruit Support Workers for our Fife Housing Support & Care at Home services based in Dunfermline & Rosyth.
The role – Support Worker
We support people with a variety of complex disabilities to live independently in our bright, fully adapted, residential settings based in Dunfermline centre and Rosyth. In these beautiful settings, each individual has their own bedroom, private or jack & jill bathrooms and shared communal spaces.
You will be supporting our customers on either one-to-one or group care; your day will include helping them with their personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, mealtimes and participating in their chosen activities for that day. Such as; fun community based activities including, going shopping, to the football, the cinema or having a giggle at our games or themed days.
What you need to know
Hours: Up to 36 hours per week - part time & full time posts available. Working a mix of dayshift and backshifts and a rotational basis – Relief, Nightshift & weekend only posts are also available.
Location: Various locations throughout Dunfermline (KY12 8DP) & Rosyth (KY11 2DF)

Drivers preferred but not essential, whilst we welcome applications from drivers, we can consider non drivers. If you do need to go out and about with our customer for that dinner and cinema trip, your costs are covered.
Capability Scotland’s benefits:
A generous salary of £22,637.00 pa / £12.06 per hour (or £12.35 per hour, dependent on qualifications)
We recognise and reward qualified employees offering £12.35 per hour for those qualified at SVQ3 or above.
A nightshift premium rate of £12.66 - £12.97 per hour (dependent on qualifications)
