Requirements:
â?¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
â?¢ Requisite VP level M&A experience in an M&A boutique or Big 4 style M&A groupÂ
â?¢ Strong execution experience on end to end deals (closed deal experience)
â?¢ Demonstrable track record in the Healthcare sector
â?¢ Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring Analysts and Associates
â?¢ Ability to grow our business and act entrepreneurially
â?¢ Management skills in supervising and training staff
