Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant
Location: Cookstown
Contract: Part-time, Permanent
Salary : 28k
Hours: 24 hours per week

VANRATH are delighted to be working with our client based in Cookstown looking to appoint a HR Administrative Assistant to support their HR team on a part time basis.
What You'll Be Doing:
As an integral part of the team, you'll:
* Act as a note-taker during employee relations meetings.
* Administer employee benefits like long-service awards and healthcare cashback plans.
* Calculate holiday entitlements and manage annual leave records.
* Generate and present HR data reports for line managers.
* Handle HR documentation, including contracts and probation review letters.
* Keep our internal communication app updated with company news.
* Manage employee queries via the HR Mailbox, working closely with the Group HR team in UK.
* Organise and maintain employee records with precision and confidentiality.
* Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Right to Work checks and other requirements.
* Process payroll-related changes on a weekly and monthly basis.
* Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and providing a seamless experience for candidates.
* Update employment records on our HR NTD system.
About you:
* A minimum of a degree in HR/Business or Level 3 CIPD qualification.
* At least one year of administration experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Exceptional attention to detail.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience in HR administration.
* Familiarity with NTD or similar HR systems.
* Confidence in note-taking during complex meetings.
