My client is a well-established electrical/electronic manufacturer for a variety of manufacturing companies Worldwide. They have made a reputation for developing cutting-edge SCADA and PLC systems for their customers. As a result of a record level of business, they have decided to appoint a Bids and Proposal Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids and proposals in alignment with client requirements.
2. Utilize CRM software to manage and track proposal progress and client interactions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
4. Analyze and incorporate feedback to improve future submissions.
5. Maintain an organized database of past proposals and client communications for reference.
6. Assist in the training of team members on best practices for proposal development.
You will have experience dealing with RFQs in an engineering or technical environment, with an ability to craft documents and proposals in a manner that assists the sales team to close business.
