The Day in the Life:
The Senior Guest Service Manager (SGSM) is responsible for leading front office operations, with flexibility to support and supervise other hotel operational areas including food and beverage as required. As the line manager for the front office team, the SGSM ensures the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, smooth daily operations, and the consistent application of Aloft brand standards. This role also plays a vital part in mentoring and developing team members, driving service excellence, and maintaining high operational standards.
