About The Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer to join our client's production team on the night shift. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality finishes to work with premium furniture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a key part of the finishing team, you'll be responsible for preparing and spray painting various wooden furniture items to a high standard, ensuring consistency, durability, and a flawless appearance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare furniture surfaces through sanding, priming, and masking as required
2. Apply paint and lacquer using HVLP or air-assisted spray systems
3. Mix paints to required specifications and finish types (e.g., matte, satin, gloss)
4. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and color standards
5. Maintain spray booth cleanliness and follow safe working practices
6. Record production details and report any defects or issues promptly
7. Work efficiently and independently during night shifts to meet daily targets
About You
1. Previous experience as a spray painter or similar role is essential
2. Knowledge of different paint and lacquer types and proper application techniques
3. Able to follow precise color-matching and finishing requirements
4. Comfortable working with wood, MDF, and other furniture-grade materials
5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
6. Strong awareness of health and safety in a spray booth environment
7. Flexible to adapt to different furniture styles, paint types, and workloads
