Mapping out your market: Research and identify potential clients and candidates in the new markets. Utilising various sources, including our in-house database, social media, and targeted advertising. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: including job opening, arranging interviews, coordinating feedback, facilitating negotiations to ensure an excellent customer experience. Cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the new market and understanding their unique hiring needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly. Requirements: Experience in recruitment/business development in GB, ROI, US or other markets. Thrive in a competitive environment and are driven and determined to succeed. Stay informed about market trends, especially within the new market. Uphold professionalism and confidentiality throughout the recruitment cycle. Be able to take initiative, take ownership of your responsibilities and work independently as well as part of a team.
