We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Activation Transformation to join the Enterprise Onboarding Platform. This role is located in London, UK. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Work with the Client Activation Management team to deliver a multi-year transformation and efficiency program through technology and operational redesign Work alongside product owners and operations leaders to ensure that technology solutions designed to streamline and automate client activation tasks deliver maximum value Obtain client and user feedback on solutions to shape solutions; assume role of voice of the customer" Collaborate with Service Directors and other key stakeholders to drive alignment and communicate progress Drive client adoption of technology solutions for Client Activation Oversee and manage the introduction of technology solutions within Operations Support the Global Head of Client Activation by overseeing the implementation of organisational redesign and ensuring operational readiness Driving the use of metrics as a key governance tool across the operations managers Ensuring the adoption of Agile across the operating model transformation workstreams and within operations Manage materials and run governance forums to oversee implementation To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Proven experience in delivering organisational transformation Strong project and program management skills Background in Financial Services Experience in delivering solutions in partnership with clients Experience in delivering custody account management solutions Understanding of custody account opening requirements Excellent Communication skills At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
