We are seeking Community Transport Drivers to join our friendly Disability Services team. In just a couple of hours each day, you’ll help participants with disability get to and from work, training, and group programs safely and with a smile.

* $31 - $33 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging
You don’t need experience in disability support – just a good driving record, a kind nature, and a reliable presence.
About the role
CatholicCare Disability Services is a registered NDIS provider made up of caring and committed individuals. We support people with a disability to live their best lives, with dignity, independence, and choice.
As a Community Transport Driver, you’ll safely transport participants to and from their programs across areas such as Canterbury, Belmore, Lakemba, Liverpool, and Strathfield.
You’ll assist participants getting on and off the vehicle as needed, make sure everyone is safe and comfortable, and keep in touch with other drivers, carers, and staff when required.
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in a small window of time each day.
Shifts Available
* Morning Shift: 6:30am–8:30am
* Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm–5:30pm
You can choose to work mornings or afternoons — or both — across 2–3 days per week. No split shifts required.
About You
* A valid C Class Driver’s Licence with the ability to drive a 10-seater van
* A kind, helpful attitude and the ability to relate to people from all walks of life
* Willingness to obtain (or current):
* NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
Experience working with people with a disability or from diverse backgrounds is valued but not essential, we can support you to build this skill!
