Junior Finance Business Partner
Seeking a finance professional skilled in delivering management accounts, conducting balance sheet reconciliations, and producing timely financial information. Adept at communicating financial concepts to non-finance colleagues, with a strong customer focus and a commitment to service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Partnering with non-financial stakeholders, based across multi-sites
* Support month-end processes through budget holder meetings, journal processing, and preparation of reconciliations and reports
* Conduct internal financial audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and value for money practices
* Provide support to purchase and income ledger functions as needed
* Assist with treasury matters

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
* Experience in a busy finance environment in a similar role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Effective communication at all levels, with the ability to simplify financial concepts for non-finance colleagues
* Flexible, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
* Experience with management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
* Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel
* Willingness to take on tasks outside of direct job role and challenge existing processes
Education & Qualifications:
* ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or equivalent
* Currently studying towards a CCAB qualification or equivalent, or qualified by experience
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
