Hard FM Services Manager / Up to £58,000 / London / Permanent
Overview:
A large non-profit organisation is currently seeking a Hard FM Services Manager to oversee all Hard FM Services. This includes liaising with suppliers and scheduling any planned and reactive works.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a globally recognised organisation and further your experience in Hard FM Services management.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage existing supplier relationships and communications.
2. Manage new supplier onboarding.
3. Liaise with senior management regarding change requests and provide feedback.
4. Complete building inspections and reports.
5. Review supplier contracts to ensure works are completed in accordance with them.
6. Track KPIs.
7. Be responsible for any Hard FM Service queries across the business.
8. Schedule planned and reactive works to Hard FM Services.
9. Issue contractor access forms and ensure the system is updated.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Experience in a Hard FM Services role.
2. IOSH qualified or equivalent.
3. Knowledge of industry standards.
4. Experience using CAFM systems or similar.
5. Experience scheduling works.
6. Contractor management experience.
7. Incident management experience.
8. An excellent communicator.
9. Hard-working and ambitious.
10. A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals.
Package:
1. Up to £58,000 basic depending on experience.
