We are currently recruiting for a Night Supervisor to join our Truly Talented team.
Reporting directly to the Night Manager, this is an exciting role for a talented individual who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast-paced, busy and hardworking team environment.

Your role
As a Night Supervisor, you will assist with looking after the hotel at night and supervise the reception department in the absence of the manager.
You will provide courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintain the levels of service to the highest standards at all times.
You will be responsible for greeting guests in a warm, friendly manner and be a true ambassador for excellent service, dealing with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face-to-face or over the telephone.
Duties include:
* Supporting the Front Office Hospitality Manager with delivering departmental objectives, creating memorable guest experiences, and leading the team.
* Hands-on support, coaching and empowerment of the Front Office Hospitality Ambassadors.
* Collaborate and build positive relationships across all departments in the hotel, specifically Maintenance, Housekeeping, Reservations and Food & Beverage to ensure the delivery of the guest experience.
* Bring the intended guest experience to life with every guest enquiry to ensure they feel welcome, cared for, recognised and wow'd.
* Ensure up to date knowledge and understanding of the day-to-day business.
* Follow all guidance on Health & Safety regulations, GDPR, PCI data security and ensure any incidents are reported.
* After 6 months of training, you will also take on Duty Manager shifts at the hotel.

* Previous experience within a hotel supervisory role preferred.
* Possess a keen eye for details, ensuring standards are consistently met.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
* Good level of spoken and written English
* Willingness to learn new skills.
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
