THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to work for a well established business in the Oldbury West Midlands area supporting the HR Director and Senior Leadership Team of the business. This position is full time, fully office based and temporary THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Complex calendar management.
1. Organising hotels
2. Organising weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, agenda planning, meeting governance, minute taking, pre-reads, actions and following up on actions.
3. Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
4. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
5. Organising and attending meetings and ensuring Executive/Senior Leaders are prepared for meetings.
6. Liaising with internal stakeholders, contractors, and other service providers.
7. Managing various weekly and monthly projects and collation of data from leaders.
8. Liaise with, arrange meetings for all outside consultants engaged by CFO and GC.
9. Expenses management.
10. Be a proactive key member of the broader executive and personal assistant team ensuring that broader companywide initiatives are delivered as required
