The Delivery Support Officer is a vital role responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support to enable the smooth execution of projects, products, and initiatives within the organisation. This position plays a critical part in ensuring efficient project/product delivery processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting product and delivery teams to achieve their goals. The postholder will be providing administrative and project support to Delivery and Product Managers, and supporting the central PMO team to provide reporting and monitoring against KPIs. Due to the strategic nature of the projects, the individual should feel comfortable in liaising with stakeholders at all levels and possess a good working knowledge of project management methodologies (agile, scrum, waterfall). The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful execution of projects and initiatives by providing essential support, coordination, and assistance to project teams, ultimately helping the organisation achieve its strategic goals. About You The ideal candidate is organised, proactive and comfortable balancing multiple priorities. They will combine a collaborative approach with an ability to progress tasks independently, and the skills to discern when each approach is required. They will have demonstrated the above in an administrative setting and have the desire to apply this skillset to a project environment to support the delivery of positive change within a complex organisation. The ideal candidate has experience of producing data-based reporting, with the attention to detail for scrutiny of financial and other data to ensure accuracy of information. They will be keen to learn new ways of producing reports, using and developing new tools to represent data and information in a clear and succinct way.
