We are seeking a passionate and experienced Floristry Supervisor to lead our talented team in creating stunning floral arrangements that exceed client expectations. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, inspire creativity, and ensure the highest standards of quality and service. Responsibilities would include:
1. Manage daily operations of the floristry department.
2. Organize staff schedules and rotas.
3. Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional designs and service.
4. Promote the department to attract new clients.
5. Maintain quality standards and oversee inventory management.
6. Provide excellent customer service and assist with any enquiries.
7. General housekeeping of the floristry department, ensuring clean and tidy work stations.
8. Replenishing and merchandising products on the shop floor as required ensuring that all the products are correctly priced, clearly marked and displayed safely.
Nice to have:
1. Minimum 2 years’ experience.
2. Experience in weddings, funerals, functions, corporate events, etc.
3. Flower knowledge is essential for this role.
4. Approachable and enthusiastic.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
6. Excellent customer service skills.
7. A relevant qualification in floristry is desirable but not essential.
