Roles & Responsibilities:
Band 6 - Crisis Nurse:
Provide immediate and effective care to individuals in mental health crisis.
Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
Band 5 - RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse):
Deliver exceptional care to patients with a range of mental health conditions.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Engage in therapeutic activities and support patient recovery journeys.
HCA (Healthcare Assistant):
Assist in delivering high-quality care and support to patients.
Support clinical staff with daily tasks and patient needs.
Provide compassionate and respectful patient care.
Requirements:
For Crisis Nurses & RMNs:
Valid NMC registration and Mental Health Nursing Degree
Min 6 months of Proven experience in mental health care in NHS
Enhanced DBS on the update Service
Immunisations
Mandatory & PMVA Training
Strong assessment, communication, and crisis management skills.
For HCAs:
Relevant experience in NHS healthcare settings.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
